Today's Cool Site...

Improve your geography knowledge

How good are your geography skills? Don't feel bad if they're less than stellar. You're not alone; many people struggle with geography.

That doesn't mean you shouldn't improve your skills, though. Doing so will improve your knowledge of the world. Besides, geography is fun!

Now, I don't recommend memorizing a map. It can help, but it isn't a very exciting learning method.

Instead, visit today's Cool Site. It features a game that makes learning geography fun. You can play by yourself, or you can play against others.

To get started, you'll need to sign up. You don't need to provide an e-mail address, though.

Then, you can select your map. You can focus on the United States or Europe. Or, you can use a map of the entire world.

You'll be shown a series of city names. Depending on your map choice, a city or country name is also included. All you have to do is click the city's location on the map.

Oh, yeah, I almost forgot. Even those with excellent geography skills may find this game challenging!

WOW! EXTRA HOUR THIS WEEKEND!
This Saturday morning, I will be taking your calls for a whole four hours! The extra hour will be broadcast when I take a winter trip. So, if you have a question about something digital, let me help! It takes just three easy steps: 1.) Call the LIVE broadcast. That's this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the East Coast, or, if you live on the West Coast, 7 to 11 a.m. 2.) Know the phone number. It is, of course, toll-free 1-888-825-5254. 3.) Talk to me. That's all there is to it!
