Novell channel GM: Transition sends 'positive message'

Javier Colado, Novell's general manager for partners, pledges there will be continuity in the Novell channel -- even though Colado will be handing over leadership to chief marketing officer John Dragoon later this year. In this video interview, Colado says the move is part of several changes Novell has made to become a more attractive company for partners to do business with.
