Today's Cool Site...

Health and nutrition resources

Not everybody can be a doctor. But we're all concerned about our family's health—and our own.

So, where do you go for information on health and nutrition? There are plenty of Web sites touting health advice.

Bu, you shouldn't trust every site on the Web. Some health sites may have outdated information. Or, the information may not be accurate.

That simply won't do! That's why I recommend the government's Health and Nutrition site. It's a clearinghouse of information.

For example, you can learn about Medicaid and Medicare coverage. You can also find out if you qualify for prescription drug coverage.

There are also government guidelines on diet, food safety, exercise and more! Learn about drug interactions or where to find health care.

There's a wealth of information on this site—too much to cover here. You'll see what I mean once you do some exploring!

Be prepared in any situation with the Emergency Radio!

Privacy Tip: Malicious sites often masquerade as legitimate ones. It can be hard to tell the difference. But with the right tools it's easy.
