Today's Cool Site...

Get fit

Are you getting a little thick around the middle? Then it is time to take action and stop the spread!

You could join a local gym. That can be a costly proposition, though. Besides, there are better ways to get fit.

Personally, I like to hike, run or ride my bike. All are great ways to get outside and enjoy the fresh air. And they're much more enjoyable than pumping iron!

I use MapMyRide to plot my hikes and bike rides. Once I create a route, I can add reminders and points of interest. The maps can even be exported to a GPS unit.

You may need a little encouragement if you're starting a new routine. You'll find that on MapMyRide, too.

You can upload your maps to your blog. Or, use the forum to get help and advice. You can even try other members' routes!

Every day, Team Komando produces some of the best content you'll find anywhere on the Internet. Here is a sampling of what's new on our site today!

Video of the Day: Buying a real B-29 probably isn't possible. So, these guys built a huge model, four engines and all. Watch them fly it!

Digital Minute, on your radio: Motorola has launched a new $2,000 cell phone. What's so special about it? Tune in and find out for yourself!

Free Download of the Day: You can write quick reminders and notes. But a word processor isn't the best tool. Instead, try today's program.

Tip on the site: There's no reason to tweak Windows Vista's broadband connection. Vista sets the broadband speed automatically.
